Eligibility:
• Only influencers who have been pre-approved by the company are eligible to participate.
• To be eligible for the program, influencers must first complete the application form with all required information and submit it by January 5, 2025. Submission of the application is a mandatory prerequisite for participation in the program, regardless of whether the program has already started.

Content Requirements:

• Posts must adhere to the guidelines provided by the company.
• All content must be original and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
• Influencers must disclose their participation in the program according to applicable advertising laws and regulations.
• Influencers have full creative freedom over their posts, including the use of images, videos, and memes. However, each post must:

1. Include the company’s logo on the image, video, or meme.
2. Contain the hashtags: #LBT, $LBT, #LikeBit, #PrivateSale.
3. Tag the official company account: @LikeBit_App.

• Only posts that comply with these rules will be retweeted by the company’s official account, and only retweeted posts will be counted toward the influencer’s final score.
• Posts must not contain obscene or vulgar language, and should not provoke or incite inappropriate behavior.
• All posts must be relevant to the LikeBit app and aligned with its values.
• If an influencer posts duplicate content (e.g., identical posts shared multiple times), only the original post will be retweeted and counted.

Performance Monitoring:

• Likes and retweets will only be counted from public profiles.
• Engagement from fake or bot accounts will be disqualified.
• The company reserves the right to audit the engagement metrics to ensure accuracy.
• The final count of Likes and Retweets will be taken 4 days after a post is published. Any interactions beyond that period will not be included in the score.

Leaderboard Payment Rules:

• If the total sales of LBT are up to $200,000, no payments will be made.
• If the total sales of LBT are between $200,001 and $250,000, only the top 50 influencers on the leaderboard will receive payment. Each of these influencers will receive $1,000.

• If total sales exceed $250,000, the top 50 influencers on the leaderboard will be paid proportionally based on their ranking.
• Payments to the top 50 influencers will be made within 30 days after establishing the final leaderboard.
• The payment will be made half in USDT and the remaining half in LBT.
• All earnings will be subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
• The top fifty participants in the final rankings may be required to provide additional information to facilitate the completion of payment procedures.
• The company will send a payment receipt to the top 50 winners, indicating the amount they will receive. By signing this receipt, they confirm that they have no further claims beyond this payment, and the funds will be transferred to the designated electronic wallet upon receipt of their signature.

Disqualification:

• Influencers who fail to adhere to the terms and conditions will be disqualified from the program.
• The company reserves the right to remove any influencer from the program at its discretion.

Data Policy:

• Data Collection: By entering the competition, participants agree to provide certain data, including account names, contact information, and social media handles. This data will be used for competition management and promotional activities.
• Data Use: The company reserves the right to use the account names of participants and feature selected participants on its official website and other promotional platforms.
• Data Storage and Security: All collected data will be securely stored and protected against unauthorized access. Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
• Third-Party Sharing: Participant data will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for the execution of the competition or required by law.
• Participant Consent: By participating in the competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their data as described in this policy.
• Data Access and Deletion: Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by contacting the company.
• Policy Updates: The company reserves the right to update this data policy and will inform participants of any significant changes.
